We are a network of 100+ strategic PCB manufacturers! It is difficult to find a qualified printed circuit board manufacturer, though there are hundreds out there. A good PCB manufacturing company is one who knows what customers care, and helps customers fix technical problems and finally turns out with good quality PCBs.

By streamlining the production line of PCB manufacturing, ALLPCB.com makes it possible for its network PCB manufacturers to fabricate customers. PCBs in timely manner without a strict minimum order request - we take 5pc-prototyping orders!

Here at PCBCart, Standard PCB service refers to full feature printed circuit board manufacturing service. With 10+ years' experience in PCB fabrication, we have handled hundreds of thousands of PCB projects, and covered almost all kinds of substrate material including FR4, Aluminum, Rogers, etc. This page only touches standard FR4 based PCB. For PCBs with special technical substrate, refer to corresponding webpage for information.

Apart from all types of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) such as Prototype PCB), Standard PCB, Aluminum PCB, HDI PCB, Flexible PCB, Flex-Rigid PCB, High-Frequency PCB, Thick copper PCB, High-Tg PCB and Halogen-Free PCB, PCBCart also specializes in manufacturing solder paste stencils in order to meet Surface Mount Technology (SMT) requirements.

PCBs can be single sided (one copper layer), double sided (two copper layers) or multi-layer (outer and inner layers). Conductors on different layers are connected with vias. Multi-layer PCBs allow for much higher component density.FR-4 glass epoxy is the primary insulating substrate. A basic building block of the PCB is an FR-4 panel with a thin layer of copper foil laminated to one or both sides. In multi-layer boards multiple layers of material are laminated together.

Printed circuit boards are used in all but the simplest electronic products. Alternatives to PCBs include wire wrap and point-to-point construction. PCBs require the additional design effort to lay out the circuit, but manufacturing and assembly can be automated. Manufacturing circuits with PCBs is cheaper and faster than with other wiring methods as components are mounted and wired with one single part.

A minimal PCB with a single component used for easier modeling is called a breakout board. The making of DIY circuit boards is a complex task. First, you’ll have to plan the PCB, make a 2D print of the layout, cut a copper plate, transfer the PCB layout to the copper plate, iron the circuit,

1. 3D Printed Electronics in One Go: Nano Dimension Dragonfly

The “NexD1” is a multimaterial 3D printer from a German company called Next Dynamics. Their Kickstarter campaign wants to deliver more than a 3D printed circuit board. Thanks to the “DigiJet” technology, the NexD1 is able of print a wide range of materials, including resins with nano-particles or pigments. Therefore you can 3D print not only circuit boards, but also full-color prints and flexible materials.

The Water Cooler: What LinkedIn Members Are Reading on the Platform (and You Should, Too)
Welcome to the first edition of the LinkedIn Marketing Blog’s “The Water Cooler.” The water cooler, of course, is that spot in the office where you and your co-workers discuss business, fashion, sports, and entertainment.

The LinkedIn platform is fast becoming the virtual water cooler of the global business world. Members are reading an increasing number of articles on LinkedIn. In fact, the number of updates viewed in the LinkedIn feed have jumped 60% year-over-year.

As a marketer, knowing what business professionals are reading and interested in can be incredibly valuable information. It can give you powerful insights into their mindset.  So we took a closer look at the articles that members reading on LinkedIn. Below, you can see the list of the top 10 articles LinkedIn members engaged with in December.

The articles attracting the attention of LinkedIn members have two common threads. First, LinkedIn members engaged with articles about company culture. The top article in December, “Be the Spark,” examined the power of gratitude at work. Other articles in the top 10 showcased employees as a crucial assets (“Your Most Important Assets Aren’t Your Clients; It’s Your Employees”); celebrated diversity (“Black Woman Named Deputy Director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Making History”); and pondered empathic leadership (“Leading From Hurt Versus Leading From Heart.”) Second, LinkedIn members engaged with articles featuring advice from Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, which indicates business professionals are always looking for ways to improve themselves and the companies they work for.

Lessons for Marketers: As marketers, it’s always tempting for us to focus our messages on the products and services we offer. But we should always be thinking about our potential customers and what their needs and wants are. With the articles they engage with on LinkedIn, business professionals show us that they want to better themselves and work in positive environments. If we present what we’re marketing in that frame, we have a much better chance of attracting our target audience’s attention.

Based Services Can Benefit B2B Companies - Location-based services are now emerging as the most vital aspect of mobile marketing for B2B companies. While these services target consumers by offering them all the information they are searching for, using them in connection with friend-sharing features, rewards and coupons can ensure that these users visit the manufacturer or supplier again and again.

Strangely enough, B2B companies are now only waking up to the innumerable possibilities that LBS could offer them. LBS has a huge potential as far as mobile marketing is concerned since they enable marketers to know exactly which of their users is interested in their product or service and to what extent they interact with the same. Of course, surveys and social media marketing are important aspects as well, but LBS give many more benefits to the marketer. The only point here is that the company needs to convince users to grant them permission to provide more personalized offers to them.

Location-Based Mobile Advertising is In Like Never Before
Here is how LBS could be very beneficial for B2B marketers and companies:
Two local, small-time companies could probably enter a relationship of mutual benefit by tying up with each other, with the help of LBS. They could, in time, also form a network of companies supporting and promoting each other, so that each one could piggyback on the other’s success. This could open up several avenues for increasing profits of all the companies concerned.

Sponsorship
Marketers whose clients use a particular product or service could tie up with the establishments concerned, so as to open up the possibility of earning additional revenue from them via sponsorship or advertising. This would also create additional opportunities for the companies to reach a wider audience, thereby generating more profits for them.

How Using Location Helps the Mobile Marketer

Offering Rewards
Once you understand your customers’ behavior pattern by way of using LBS, you can keep them coming back to you by offering rewards and discounts for those services they use the most. For instance, if one particular user regularly purchases movie tickets, you could probably offer a free or discounted ticket for an upcoming movie. This would act as an incentive for them to visit you more often.

Events and Tradeshows
What kind of events and/or tradeshows are your customers attending? Organizing a mega event on a subject of their liking could attract more users to your services. Of course, this would take a lot of work on your part, both in organizing and financial terms, but once such a thing takes off the ground, the sky would be the limit for you. Tapping the right companies for your event could also create many sponsors for your future events.

Mobile Marketing Tips for B2B Companies
Creating a Social Connection
Once you completely understand what your users want, you could even go ahead and link your location-based services to a mobile social network, which would enable your users to share your information with their friends and other contacts. This would be of immense advantage to you, as it would help build your user database without too much extra effort on your part.

Analyzing the Competition
It is important that you not only understand your user’s behavior as concerns your own services, but it is also vital that you know their level of interaction with the competition. Once you understand this aspect, you will be in a position to offer something extra that your rival does not, and thereby, engage them even more. Hence, it is advisable to keep constant track of your consumer behavior via LBS.

Location-Based Services: Where is this Headed?
Increasing Contacts
The mobile online world is pretty much fickle and it is not necessary that your customers who are presently loyal to you and your product should always remain that way. While you should always try ways and means to hold onto your present users, you should also try to create more and more new users. For this, you need to study what other users are doing, what services they are using the most and how they interact with the competition. Roping them in will create a new lead generation of clients for you.
